Event Details

A recent study by Gartner Group found that 75% of the CFOs consider data quality problems a constraint on, or a barrier to achieving, business success

Gartner previously identified that 75 percent of organizations will experience significantly reduced revenue growth potential and increased costs due to the failure to introduce data quality assurance and coordinate it with their data integration and metadata management strategies.

Research by Bloor has found that up to 84% of all Data Migration projects fail, running over time or budget or not acheiving the desired outcomes. Poor quality data lies at the heart of this failure rate.

Poor quality information is at the heart of many of the key risks and challenges facing businesses today. Organisations that tackle this challenge head on will reap the benefits of economic recovery sooner than those who do not.

This is not an IT problem, but a fundamental Business Challenge.

Join the IAIDQ's British Isles Community of Practice as we explore the issues, challenges, and opportunities that lie in the Information Assets of your organisation.
